At MO&Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your contemporary fashion pieces. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund.
